INTRA - Herbal Remedy
The Herbal Drink, INTRA (you can look for it online or maybe in a
store - just search “INTRA” under google…it’s British based, I
think, but my brother buys it from his friend who is a retailer–
sorry, he only sells to his friends–it’s not his profession, so buy
it online or in a store or somewhere else), though not marketed
toward those desiring to lighten their skin, has skin lightening
effects. My brother and I have been trying different skin lightening
formulas. I have been on the glutathione and vitamin c reginme (btw,
to former members, I switched from Immunotec to Twin Lab Gluthatione
because I have no time to mix the Immunotec glutathione powder every
morning-not to mention it makes me want to barf) and my brother has
been drinking nothing but 2-3 oz. of INTRA Herbal juice once every
morning and evening. He initially intended to drink it for its
health-promoting aspects, but he began lightening probably because of
INTRA’s cleansing effects. He has been on this diet for about a
year, and has lightened one or two shades. B/f when we compared skin
tones, he was so much darker than me that I considered him Philippino
toned — sorry, no offense! there are light philipinos, i know, but
typically they are a darker race. Now, when we compare skin, there
isn’t such a dark contrast. PLUS, I used Herbal Inn to get rid of my
tan, so we were comparing with a lightened me. Furthermore, his skin
is less yellow and more rosy. Lastly, he has lost 4 lbs. with no
change in his diet or activity levels (if anyone is interested). I
would recommend that people drink this in addition to their
glutathione and vitamin c intake. Meanwhile, I am continuing with
the glut + vit C regime, and I use an apricot scrub with aveeno skin
brightening products. My skin is naturally lighter than my
brother’s, so my results will probably be much slower and I have not
noticed any significant changes since my initial use in mid June (2
mo.). I am going to add the INTRA juice to my diet and see how it
works! However, I am not using a sunblock, so this may hamper my
results just a bit (and if you’re wondering why I’m not using a
sunblock it’s because I’m lazy, I hate sunblock, and I don’t feel
that I am out enough in the sun to need it). Get the Latest Natural Anti Wrinkle Creams that will support your skin natural ability to repair it self, by improving collagen, elastin and protecting your skin from environment toxins.

Humm where idd you purchase it from. Is it safe and how long did it
take to work?
Is there a website for this product? Where exactly is it located in
California. What is the name of the cream.
February 11th, 2009 at 7:23 pm
I would like to know what everyone on here recommends to start out
bleaching. I’ve read a little on the gluathione and have heard that
in pill form, it is not very effective and should be administered
intramuscularly through injection. In what form is everyone on here
taking glutathione? And where do you obtain yours? As far as Vitamin
C - what mg? If everyone could post their exact regimen and
recommendations I would very much appreciate it.
February 11th, 2009 at 7:24 pm
You are supposed to take 250 mg of
glutathione with 1000 mg vit c. You can order online by at a health
store. It is safe. Making the dosage higher won’t speed up your
results. Now and twinlabs are higher in potency, so it would be a
good idea to buy glutathione of that brand. It take 3mnths to see
results.
Personally I have been taking gult and vit for month and half. My
skin hasn’t lightened much. It is taking away my acne marks, making
my complexion clear, glowing. you just have to motivate yourself to
stick with it. No harm in trying because it is safe and it makes your
skin look really good. Lightening slowly occurs, not drastically.

If you have questions about how glutathione works, how you should
take it and/or what results you can expect visit this site;
http://www.geocites.com/glutathione2ph/ver2/default.htm. This site is very
informative and the author of the site has been taking Glutathione
and Vitamin C for over a year and keeps a glutathione journal. The
site is also helpful in directing patrons to suppliers of glutathione.
February 11th, 2009 at 7:27 pm
hi, that site doesnt work, can you plz check to see if its right?
February 11th, 2009 at 7:29 pm
Free, easy-to-use web site design software
February 11th, 2009 at 7:29 pm
I went to this website and it was very informative - but now it’s
gone what happened?
Something was mentioned about Vitamin C with rosenhips, but then I
thought I read in it that Vitamin C (1000mg) was okay without
rosenhips. Did anyone read this website and remember? Please let me
know cause i’ve rcvd the glutathione and now want to buy vitamin C.
February 11th, 2009 at 7:29 pm
Take Vitamin C with Rosehips 1000 mg every day with meal. And take
250 mg of Gluta everyday with meal. Yeah it sounds very hard but
thats what the website had instructed, to get the results in about
damn 6 months. Hope that helps.
February 11th, 2009 at 7:30 pm
Thanks for your help Rahulbully. I bought the vit c with rosehips
today - and started my dose - hope i have the patience to stick
through it!! I read on a website, a dermatologist said that
glutathione has no effect on whitening, but the vitamin C will
definitely improve the skin and have a brightening effect - therefore
people may think it is lighter. Who knows? worth a try…cheaper than
any whitening pills marketed…
can’t wait to hear what you find about herbalinn - i have heard many
people on these posts talk good about it…keep us updated

Hi
I came up to this website http://www.nutritionadvisor.com/glutathione.html
about Gluta. and on one of the lines it stated “# Oral glutathione
supplements as discussed previously, are virtually ineffective, since
glutathione is a protein and is digested in the stomach before
reaching the blood stream or tissues of the body.”
Makes me wonder if the oral supplements really works. What do u guys
think? I would personally not waste my money on it. Is there a decent
prodcut out there that really works???? I think i will just stick with
Rosance X20 and Rejuvi whitening cream which has no Hydroquin and has
kept my skin 2 shades lighter and has been using it for about 2 months
now. Sorry to dissapoint u guys but just helping u guys to not waste
ur money.
February 11th, 2009 at 7:30 pm
But if I remember correctly, the glutathione journal
website(that is no longer available) stated that is
why you take 1000 mg with the Vitamin C - so it can be
absorbed. Does anyone know why his journal on the web
is no longer availiable?
February 11th, 2009 at 7:31 pm
I have done a bit of reearch on glutathione myself and while I am
uncertain about it’s benefits in lightening the skin, I do know that
all doctors agree that it cannot be absorbed in pill form since it
disintegrates way before it gets into the bloodstream. Currently, the
only forms that make it all the way are its precursors (proteins that
will combine to force the body to produce glutathione freely) and
these are N-Acetyl L-Cysteine (NAC) and maybe Cysteine which can
presently only be found in Immunocal. I did find some companies that
claim to sell pure NAC but Immunotec is the only one that has been
FDA approved as yet. Good luck to all.
In which case I am a bit confused about whether I should take any
additional Vit C with mine if I do order the Immunocal…as I think
Immunocal contains Vit C or at least facilitates it’s absorption. I
will research some more on the ingredients and then keep everyone
posted.
February 11th, 2009 at 7:31 pm
i found this website about glutathione: http://www.glutathionepills.com. the
lists the ingredients in the pills and how they work as a skin
whitener. i wasnt very convinced bcuz they sell the products
themselves. the website that somebody posted about glutathione tho is
pretty convincing and makes a lot of sense. like most of u guys, i am
wondering where the old glutathione website went? it just disappeared
like that. i remember tho, that the guy who created that website is a
medical student from the philippines. he did say that if glutathione
is taken with vit.C, it wudnt be oxidized to its inactive form. wonder
where he got that information from. he cannot claim that until he
experimented it himself. right? i saw his b4 and after pics and he
looks really light now. not sure if thats all because of the gluta
he’s been taking. oh and another thing i remember, there was indeed a
doctor in that lil forum they put up in the website, my cousin got to
talk to him cuz he posted his number in the forum, and he was telling
my counsin about glutathione and how it works as a lightening pill and
he actually prescribe gluta to his patients who want a lighter skin.
he sounded pretty convincing my cuzin said since she herself is a
medical student.she was still skeptical about it after her talk with
that doctor.anyways, maybe this is just tellin us that there is really
no such thing as turning white thru pills. those who claim they got a
pretty good result in takin gluta also claims that they do use all
these whitening lotions, soaps, creams, etc. i mean how do they know
that their lighter skin is a work of the pills theyre taking?
so if anyone out there has another whitening pill that acutallyworks
maybe we cud all try it out.
February 11th, 2009 at 7:32 pm
By trying to lighten what should naturally be tan, are you damaging
the skin? Will this leave someone more open to skin candcer?
February 11th, 2009 at 7:32 pm
Dont get just happy yet. But I have found the number for the people
that shipped herbal inn and the name of the person who took care of
the shipping in Dubai. I would post the number but i wont since i

calling them but no one picked up i guess because it was 6:30 AM. I
